About
I'm a software engineer at Clerk and founder of Crafter Station.
I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where I still live today.
I studied Software Engineering at
UNMSM, graduating in 2023, and completed a Master's in Artificial
Intelligence at UNIR Mexico in 2025.
In 2023, I founded Crafter Station, a non-profit building Peru's tech ecosystem. We've hosted the
AI Hackathon Perú (the biggest AI hackathon in Peru), Code Brews, and Ship or Sink
weekends. The community now has 250+ members.
I've won multiple international hackathons, including the
first-ever Next.js Global Hackathon (2025) with Anthony Cueva, and the Vercel AI Gateway Hackathon (2025) with Crafter Station. We also won the online edition of Platanus Hack 25 in Chile (2025) with Scrapi.
In October 2025, I joined Clerk as an AI Software Engineer, working on CLI tooling, LLM evaluations, and developer experience for the AI era.
I teach Parallel Computing at
UNMSM, Peru's oldest university, where I also graduated.
I build platforms with Midudev, the leading Hispanic tech streamer. I work on video processing pipelines, high-traffic event sites, search systems, and AI integrations for millions of Spanish-speaking developers.
I also create open-source tools like Tinte (part of the Vercel OSS Program), Elements (full-stack shadcn components), and
One Hunter Theme (35k+ downloads).
I'm a v0 Ambassador and consider myself a builder at heart. I ship fast, iterate in public, and believe everything compounds.
